The Holness administration has sounded a warning, that some communities that continue to be devastated by major flood events, will be relocated.Prime Minister Andrew Holness says this will be done, after an assessment of the situation is undertaken.
He points out that the budget will require allocations, to replace and rehabilitate housing and roads that have been destroyed.
He questions whether these should be rebuilt at the current sites or be relocated.
