A lawsuit has been filed against SKIMS by a former employee, David Knight, who alleges wage and labour violations during his time working for the company in California.
Knight claims he and other workers were not properly compensated for overtime and were denied required meal and rest breaks, and is seeking to have the case treated as a class action.
The suit also alleges issues with minimum wage compliance and final pay upon leaving the company.
SKIMS has denied the allegations, calling the claim unfounded and stating it intends to defend itself in court.
