Crocodile Teeth deejay Skilli Beng is feeling the heat after he uploaded a track talking about dancehall princess Shenseea.
The track titled “Love Handles” was uploaded on Skilli’s official YouTube channel yesterday but was later removed.
The line that caught listeners attention was “Mi will dead fi yuh, You nuh have ten man ah touch you one time like Shenseea…”
Fans are assuming that the line is in reference to Shenseea’s latest Instagram post last Tuesday. Shen shared a photo to promote her single RU That, which features 21 Savage. In the post, She was seen relaxing by the pool along with four men caressing her.
Social media came to the “Lick” singer’s defence, “As soon as a female is uplifting herself, here comes the hate.” A user said. While another one said “SKILLI U WILL NEVER BE WITH A GIRL THAT LOOK SO GOOD AND TALENTED LIKE SHENSEEA SO I DONT BLAME YOU OLD TIME PEOPLE USED TO SAY WHEN THE FOX CANT GET THE GRAPE HIM SAIT SOUR.”
Meanwhile, Shenseea is making waves and preparing to release her debut album Alpha. Shenseea is also gearing up to perform on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” March 3.
