After global take over in 2025 with their late 2024 anthem Shake It To The Max, Jamaican producer duo Silent Addy and Disconeil are getting ready for round two with dancehall star Skillibeng and Afrobeats hitmaker Rema.
Shake it to the Max, sung by breakout afro-pop star Moliy featuring Skillibeng and dancehall songstress Shenseea was applauded for seamlessly blending dancehall and afrobeats. Silent Addy and Disconeil seem to be establishing a signature by running back the formula with frequent collaborator Skillibeng, known for quick dancehall lyricism and Rema, behind afro hits such as Calm Down, Charm, Baby (Is it a Crime) and recently Who's Dat Girl alongside Arya Star.
The song, with no release date announced yet, is called Ballerina. The quartet behind the song have been flooding socials with teasers for the song and visuals including clips of music video BTS featuring a ballerina dancing on a red carpet against a shadowy background.
