Legendary sprinter Shelly Ann Fraser-Pryce signals her retirement with her announcement that this year's National Senior Championships will be her last.
This was announced at an event organized by her longtime sponsors, Nike.
Fraser-Pryce is set to participate in the Championships which begin on Thursday before culminating on Sunday. The decorated athlete is expected to feature in the women’s 100m prelims on Thursday at 6:50pm.
The National Senior Championships will be used to select the Jamaican team for the 2025 World Athletics Championships in Tokyo.
