The Fi We Children Foundation is calling for the sex offenders registry to be made public following the rape and murder of 10-year-old Shani Coke in Trelawny.
The group says public access to the registry would help families, schools and communities better protect children.
The foundation is also urging stronger child protection laws, prevention measures and greater support services.
It condemned vigilante justice, stressing that accountability must come through the legal system.
