Jamaican musical artiste Shaneil Muir, over the weekend decided enough is enough with the internet trolls.
The ‘Yamabella’ singer called out critics who constantly have something negative to say about her physical appearance. In an Instagram post she said, “So y’all think body shaming is cute? This world is sick. The internet is poisonous to the point where everyone is oblivious to the fact that natural is OK!” she continued. “Ladies! Stay strong and stay humble, no make nobody tell you you’re not beautiful. Please consider there are kids born everyday and we are not going to create this norm or narrative that doesn’t appeal to their ACTUAL well-being”.
She went on to implore the nay-sayers to unfollow her with this caption, “If y’all don’t like the way I look just unfollow me simple”. She ended by saying, “Don’t think you’re going to ‘speak freely’ cause me no fraid fi send uno UP ‘freely”
