Jamaica’s leading world cup goal scorer for Qatar 2020 campaign, Shamar Nicholson will not be in Jamaica’s lineup when the Reggae Boyz take on Mexico in their crucial final round world cup qualifier later this month.
Its understood that the 24 year old who recently signed with Russian club, Spartak Moscow has opted to remain with his club rather than to join up with the Reggae Boyz for the clash with Mexico which will be the first game for new coach, Paul Hall.
The Russian Premier League which is currently on its winter break will resume next month, with Spartak Moscow to start on February 26th against CSK Moscow.
