Shaggy is set to grace the stage at the finale of the ‘Rise Up NYC’ concert series set for Monday September 19 in Times Square Manhattan.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams announced the launch of the ‘Rise Up NYC’ concert series back in July. It will provide 10 free community concerts that will be performed across all five boroughs through-out the summer – Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Bronx and Manhattan.
The concert series seeks to encourage New Yorkers to explore all of the city and reconnect with one another as the city emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Also sharing the stage with Shaggy is, Wyclef Jean, Crystal Waters, Judy Torres, Doug E Fresh, Shannon, C&C music factory and Rob Base.
