The Board and Management of the South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA), says it is mourning the loss of former president of the Nurses’ Association of Jamaica (NAJ), Mrs. Edith Allwood-Anderson.
Regional Director at SERHA, Errol Greene expressed sadness at the news of the passing of Mrs. Anderson.
Mr. Green said “It is a sad time for the nurses, the team at the Kingston Public Hopsital (KPH) and the Health Ministry.
He said Mrs. Anderson was an outstanding staff who served at KPH for decades.
As such, the Board and Management of SERHA extend profound condolences to the family and friends of Mrs. Edith Allwood-Anderson, as well as her former colleagues at KPH and NAJ.
