Security Guard Files Motion to Sell Nicki Minaj’s 20 Million Dollar Mansion

Nicki seems to be living in the spotlight!
A security guard, Thomas Weidenmuller, has filed a motion to seize the rapper's $20 million California mansion to collect an unpaid $500,000 judgement.
The judgement comes after a 2019 incident where Minaj's husband, Kevin Petty, allegedly attacked Thomas, while Nicki allegedly incited the incident.
The incident took place in Frankfurt, Germany. Nicki and Kevin did not respond to the lawsuit, which led to a default judgement.
Since last year, Weidenmuller has unsuccessfully tried to collect payment through various methods, which included serving the couple levy notices.
His legal team claims there is about $6 million in equity in the home, which is enough to cover the judgement.
The judge is yet to respond to the motion.
The filing comes after Minaj revealed earlier this week that multiple persons were using her American Express card without her permission.
Oddly, Cardi made accusations that Petty controlled Nicki's credit card.
