Sean Paul intends to enter the legal marijuana market because he is dissatisfied with the quality of industrially produced weed on the market.
In a recent interview with the Independent, the “Gimme the Light” singer says he’s getting into the marijuana business, but it won’t be on a large scale because it lowers quality.
Paul expresses his delight at the legalization of marijuana.
According to the artist, he intends to enter the edibles market. He went on to say that he was thinking about making the treats as healthier alternatives, along with making his own marijuana joints for customers.
His music also celebrates marijuana, with one of his breakout singles, “Gimme the Light,” referring to the herb. Paul has previously spoken about his passion for advocating not only for marijuana use but also for its medicinal properties.
