Entertainer Richie Stephens has followed through on his expressed wish to help ailing music stalwart Lieutenant Stitchie.
He donated proceeds from a benefit concert held in Chicago in support of medical expenses for the ailing DJ.
Stephens said Stitchie is his friend and supporting him was the right thing to do.
Stephens joins fellow entertainers Bounty Killer and Shaggy who teamed up through the Bounty Foundation in October to donate ten thousand USD towards Stitchie’s medical expenses.
The Sterling Gospel Music Awards and members of the Jamaica Gospel Music Industry also donated a combined total of $750,000 JMD in aid of Stitchie’s health care in October.
