REGGAE GIRLZ STEP UP PREPARATIONS FOR FREEDOM CUP FRIENDLY AGAINST COST RICA

Jamaica’s Reggae Girls headed by Manchester City striker Khadijah Bunny Shaw, are now settled in camp, as they prepare for the Freedom Cup International Friendly against Costa Rica on October 24.

The Freedom Cup fundraising initiative is driven by Jamaica’s global ambassador for women’s football Cedella Marley.

The team also includes Logan McFadden who replaced Marlo Sweatman and and newcomer Page Bailey-Gayle of Leicester City and Kalyssa van Zanten of the University of Notre Dame.

Both teams who have been in camp since Monday, will be engaging each other in a warm up scrimmage encounter today (Thurs).
