Jamaica’s Reggae Boyz suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Costa Rica in Gold Cup action yesterday.
With the result the Boyz who had already qualified for the quarter finals, finished second in Group C to the Costa Ricans.
The Boyz will now face the United States, while Costa Rica will face Canada in the Quarter Finals.
Coach Theodore Whitmore described the game as one of their better performances which created many chances but the Boyz were unable to capitalize in front of goal.
