Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez held a tense press conference after a trophyless season, confirming he will stand for re-election as Real Madrid president.
He dismissed claims of internal opposition, insisting there is an “organised campaign” against him and challenging critics to come forward openly.
Pérez also criticised La Liga and media coverage, while defending his long tenure, during which he said the club has won 37 titles.
His remarks come after Barcelona secured the La Liga title, with Real Madrid finishing the season without a major trophy.
