Rapper Tjay was arrested on April 6 in connection with disorderly conduct and a traffic-related charge for driving without a license, but his attorney says he was not involved in the shooting of Offset.

Offset was shot near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, and is currently stable in the hospital.

Police allege that Tjay directed members of his party to start a fight, during which one of his associates fired a gun, injuring Offset.

Security footage reportedly shows Tjay pointing out Offset and leading his group toward him, while also filming the incident on his phone.

The altercation continued until police arrived, but Tjay denies shooting or fighting, saying he had no involvement in the attack.
