The Met Office says this weekend should see an increase in rainfall due to a trough which is currently across Jamaica.
The Trough is expected to linger through to Sunday, thereafter, a High Pressure Ridge will build across the island and a Low-Level Jet Stream moves into the central Caribbean.
Tonight should become partly cloudy, while tomorrow should see showers across the eastern parishes.
Tomorrow Afternoon expect showers and isolated thunderstorms across sections of most parishes, especially hilly inland areas.
