British Tennis Player Emma Raducanu hopes her impressive first-round victory at the Queen's Club Championships will boost her preparations for Wimbledon Championships.
The British number one defeated Anna Blinkova 6-0, 6-3, securing her first win since March after a season disrupted by illness.
Raducanu said she felt relaxed, confident and energized on court, feeding off the home crowd's support and enjoying her return to grass-court tennis.
She will next face so-RAH-nah KEER-stya in the second round after writing “back home” on a TV camera lens following her victory.
