R. Kelly’s girlfriend Jocelyn Savage was arrested for assaulting the singers’ ex-girlfriend Azriel Clary at his Chicago home on Wednesday.
Azriel took to twitter to announce what took place: “Joycelyn is sadly in jail for assault, I thank everyone for sending me lots of love and prayers, you will know everything sooner or later”.
According to ABC7 Chicago, Savage was charged after she turned herself into the police, on one count of domestic battery. It was stated that Clary wanted to get her things from the singer’s home where she and savage used to live, shortly after that an argument and fight ensued.
R. Kelly’s attorney, Steve Greenberg stated that “as far as this little cat-fight, it is clear that it was staged to try and boost social media popularity”
