Queen Ifrica has been served with legal documents in a defamation lawsuit initiated by her father, Jamaican ska legend Derrick Morgan.
The lawsuit stems from defamatory statements she made over a year ago regarding their father-daughter relationship.
According to an affidavit of service, she was served at a gym on Kings House Road, Kingston, on Monday, October 14, 2024.
The lawsuit, filed in June 2024 by Derrick Morgan's family, accuses Queen Ifrica of damaging his reputation with public allegations she made in 2023.
Ifrica now has 14 days to respond to the legal action.
