Psychiatric Nursing Aids in St. Ann, St. Mary and Portland remained off the job for the second straight day today.
The Aids are reportedly upset that concerns raised with the North East Regional Health Authority, NERHA are yet to be resolved.
The workers who are represented by the Bustamante Industrial Trade Union, BITU, took industrial action after a letter to NERHA last week requesting a meeting within seven days went unanswered.
The BITU Union Delegate expressed hope that the issues will be addressed at a meeting scheduled for tomorrow morning.
