Prime Minister Andrew Holness has sent a congratulatory message to Jamaica’s Olympic Athletes as the Paris Olympic Games came to a close.
In a message on social media, the Prime Minister said our six medals underscore the depth of excellence within the team.
He also thanked each athlete, coach, and staff member who participated in the Olympics for making the nation proud.
Mr Holness said their achievements embody the true spirit of Jamaica, and we stand behind you with pride and gratitude.
