Post Malone was injured after falling onstage last night in St. Louis at the Enterprise Center.
Medics rushed to help the rapper off the stage following the incident
The incident happened while he was performing “Circles.”
Post walked into a hole in the stage floor that he used to lower his guitar.
He posted a video on Instagram telling fans that he was okay and that the tour would continue.
