The Jamaican women’s 4x100m team won a bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England, last month. However, after learning over the weekend that a member of the Nigerian team that won the gold medal had tested positive for drugs, the bronze medal may now be upgraded to a silver.

If the charges are confirmed to be accurate, England, which came in second with a time of 42.41, will be elevated to the gold. Australia, who had placed fourth in 43.16, would receive bronze, while the Jamaicans, who clocked 43.08, would win silver.
