The Portland Police seized approximately three thousand pounds of ganga during an operation at San Shy Fishing Beach in Bryan’s Bay in the parish yesterday
Reports from the Port Antonio Police are that between the hours of 8:05 p.m. and 11:45 p.m., lawmen searched an abandoned boat.
Sixty-seven knitted bags and two parcels containing compressed ganja was found. The drugs have an estimated street value of $8,000,000.
No one was arrested in relation to the seizure.
