Popcaan, Koffee, and reggae legend Bob Marley have all made former US president Barack Obama’s 2020 Summer Playlist.

The former president of the United States made the announcement via his Twitter account yesterday (Mon).

Grammy award winner Koffee made the list for the second consecutive year. She was listed this year for her efforts on John Legend’s ‘Don’t Walk Away’ after making the list last year for her mega-hit Toast.

Newcomer to the list, Popcaan, has been having a successful year. His song with OVO boss Drake and Party Next Door, called TWIST & TURN, made the cut.

TWIST &TURN was released ten days ago from Popcaan’s latest album, FIXTAPE. The track has already crossed 1.4 million views on YouTube.

Just yesterday (Mon), Popcaan celebrated his debut on Billboard #200 at 94 with FIXTAPE.

Rounding up the list of Jamaicans appearing on Obama’s list was the legend of reggae, Bob Marley, for his song Could You Be Loved.
