Rising teen producer Joel Engineer continues to make his mark on dancehall with the latest release from his Unlocked Riddim.
The project has delivered a special moment for the genre with "Clean," the first-ever collaboration between international dancehall star Popcaan and Likkle Vybz, one of Vybz Kartel's sons.
The collaboration carries added significance given Popcaan's longstanding relationship with Vybz Kartel, who introduced him to the world as his protégé and played a pivotal role in shaping his career.
The release marks the first time Popcaan has officially recorded with one of Kartel’s children.
The song follows the successful debut of Vybz Kartel's "The Night Just Begin" and Popcaan's "Unlocked," both featured on the riddim.
Also joining the lineup is "Draco" by Natebadz, adding further momentum to what is quickly becoming one of the season's most talked-about dancehall projects.
