The Police have hit a snag in their investigations into the no-movement day party at the R Hotel that led to the resignation of Agriculture and Fisheries Minister Floyd Green.

According to the police they have now gone to court to obtain an order to compel the hotel to hand over camera footage from the incident.

The hotel management has reportedly said it is seeking legal advice on the matter.

According to Fitz Bailey, the deputy commissioner of police in charge of the crime and security portfolio, the police will explore all possible avenues in the case.
