The St James police are investigating the possibility that the shooting death of a female taxi driver last night resulted from her reported involvement with gang activities.
25 year old Tamara Higgins was shot dead last evening along the Tucker main road in St. James by a lone gunman posing as a passenger.
Police believed is the latest casualty of an ongoing gang feud in the area.
They are however following other leads at this time.
