Communications Officer at the Jamaica Constabulary Force, Deputy Superintendent Dahlia Garrick, says that officers have ramped up presence in strategic locations to ensure compliance.
However, she says there have been breaches in relation to the compliance with the Road Traffic Act, noting that persons tend to speed due to the lack of traffic on the roadways.
She is urging citizens to desist from this practice.
