The police have identified the man who was fatally shot, while dropping off his child at the Cornwall Gardens Basic School in Mount Salem, St. James yesterday (Wed).
Dead is 30 year old Ricardo Forbes of Florence Hall, Trelawny.
Reports are that about 8:10 am, Forbes had just dropped off his child, when he was pounced upon by a gunman travelling on foot who opened fire hitting him.
The police were alerted and Forbes was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
