Three persons are in custody in relation to an incident on March Pen Road St. Catherine on Saturday, in which a toddler died, after being hit by a motorcar.
The three men turned themselves in to the police on Sunday.
Reports are that two year old Tayshawn McDonald was in his community about 11:30am, when he was hit by a Suzuki Swift motorcar.
He died while being treated at hospital.
The car was reportedly set ablaze by angry residents, after the occupants fled the scene on foot.
