POLICE CONTINUE SEARCH FOR MEN WHO ABDUCTED 3 WOMEN

Police are continuing their search for the men who allegedly abducted and robbed 3 women, who were reported missing, yesterday.

Two of the women are the nurse and the teacher, for whom appeals for help to locate, were made by the Jamaica Teachers Association and the Nurses Association of Jamaica.

They are 28-year-old Reniece Fletcher and 23-year-old Janice Howell.

The Jamaica Constabulary Force said Fletcher, of Nurses Residence at the University Hospital of the West Indies and Howell, of Retreat Drive, Bayview, Bull Bay in St. Andrew, have returned home safely.

Head of the JCF Communications Unit, Senior Superintendent Stephanie Lindsay, said the women were held at gunpoint after getting into a red-plate taxi.

She said two of them were left in the vicinity of the hospital, yesterday.
