Prime Minister Andrew Holness says it is necessary that persons take the Covid-19 vaccine to prevent a collapse of the country’s health care system.
Speaking during a virtual vaccine sensitization town hall this morning, Mr. Holness said if more persons contract Covid-19, there will be a strain on the health care system.
He says while some persons may be cautious about taking the vaccine due to possible risks, their decision on whether or not to take the vaccine must be based on credible information.
