Friday, July 15 marks the 72nd anniversary of the birth of Iconic Reggae singer Gregory Isaacs.
More popularly known as The Cool Ruler, Gregory was often described as being “the most exquisite vocalist in Reggae”.
Gregory’s widow June Isaacs says to celebrate the 72nd anniversary of his birth her plans include scattering red roses for Gregory at his resting place.
Mrs Issacs is encouraging fans worldwide to pay tribute to the Love is Over Singer by wearing T-Shirts with his image.
Known for hits such as Night Nurse and Red Rose for Gregory the Reggae icon died on October 25, 2010 at the age of 59.
