Peter Morgan, the frontman of Morgan Heritage, the Grammy-winning reggae band, has passed away.
As per the band’s official statement, the vocalist passed away earlier today (Sat).
In their announcement on social media, the band conveyed, “It is with heartfelt affection that we announce the passing of our cherished husband, father, son, and brother, as well as the lead vocalist of Morgan Heritage, Peter Anthony Morgan, who has transitioned today.”
The band expressed gratitude in anticipation of the outpouring of love and support, and requested ongoing prayers during their time of mourning. Additionally, they requested privacy as they navigate through this period of healing.
The specific cause of Peter’s death was not disclosed. He was 46 years old.
