Prime Minister Andrew Holness says persons who have to quarantine in state facilities could be required to pay going forward.
He was speaking in the House of Representatives on Tuesday.
This announcement comes after six straight days of record high positive results in Jamaica.
Mr. Holness also stated the government could not continue to pay for persons to stay in state quarantine facilities.
