The Office of Utilities Regulation, OUR, says it continues to work with cell-phone service providers to improve and maintain the quality of service in the island.
The OUR’s assurance comes in light of calls from Opposition Spokesman on Science and Technology, Julian Robinson, for the entity to intervene to ensure that the standard of cell-phone service is maintained.
Last week, Mr. Robinson says he had received several complaints from customers that there was a breakdown in service delivery across cell providers.
