Opposition spokesperson on science, technology, and information, Julian Robinson, is calling on Minister of Science and Technology, Fayval Williams, to update the nation on the status of the Tablets in School Project.
Mr Robinson, in a statement today from the People’s National Party, noted that in October 2018, Cabinet approved two contracts, totalling US$30 million, to Geotech Visions Ltd and Innovative Corporate Solutions for procuring and delivering the tablets under project.
He said these tablets should have been delivered for the start of the new school year in September 2019.
