Opposition Leader Mark Golding says the People’s National Party has filed a lawsuit against the Governing Jamaica Labour Party over their pursuit to make Portmore Jamaica’s 15th Parish.
Mr Golding made the announcement during his presentation at the today’s Budget Debate.
He also expressed concern that Jamaica’s democracy is at risk as the governing JLP continues to state that the PNP should not be allowed back in power.
