The Bob Marley One Love Experience made its North American debut on July 1st of this year.
The exhibit has been extended for a third time now until October 23rd and is currently at the Lighthouse ArtSpace in Toronto Canada.
The Exhibit showcases never before-seen Marley photographs and memorabilia, while immersing you in a journey through Marley’s life, passions, influences, and enduring legacy.
The exhibit has several rooms that gives a multi-sensory experience.
‘The Music Room’ is adorned with lyrics, awards, accolades, with its centerpiece displaying one of the world’s largest vinyl records commemorating Legend, the highest selling reggae albums of all time.
‘The One Love Forest’ room takes us deep into Jamaica and the visual backdrop of the Marley songbook. ‘Soul Shakedown Studio’ a unique silent disco at the heart of the experience. Grab some headphones and lose yourself in the music for an epic reggae dance party.
The ‘Beautiful Life Zone’ room celebrates all of Bob’s passions, from soccer to family in a game room setting. There is also the ‘Concrete Jungle Street Art Expo’ which is anchored by original works by world famous artist Mr. Brainwash. Fans also have the chance to submit their Marley and One Love inspired art to be included in the exhibit.
And finally, there is the ‘Next Gen Zone’ room, where you can leave your own message of peace and inclusivity on the One Love Tree as you reflect on the experience and Bob’s impact on culture and the world.
