American singer Omarion has opened up about his celibacy journey.
The former B2K member sat down with Andre Duqum for his "Know Thyself" podcast yesterday (20 August), where he reflected on how his celibacy journey has impacted his mental, spiritual, and physical health.
Omarion mentioned that he was searching more for himself while practising the Christian faith.
The "Ice Box" singer said that abstinence allowed him to understand his energy and grow, even though the world considers him a sex symbol.
The singer and dancer said that he knew if he could control two areas of his life—food and the urge for sex—then he would be unstoppable.
Omarion also spoke about fellow musician Lenny Kravitz, who has been celibate for nine years.
