Rapper Offset has proposed a plan for dividing assets and custody of his children with Cardi B in a new divorce filing.
TMZ reported that the former Migos rapper recently filed legal documents requesting joint custody of the couple’s three children: Kulture, Wave, and their youngest daughter, whose name has not been revealed yet.
He specified in his filing that Cardi’s residence should be the primary home for the children, and asked the court to determine each parent’s child support responsibilities.
Additionally, he requested that all the couple’s marital property be split 50/50 and both parties should cover their own legal fees.
