The Jamaica Festival Song Competition will once again have a digital staging this year.

Organizers say due to the coronavirus pandemic and the restrictions caused by the current global health crisis, this year’s competition, just like last year, will have no live shows.

The Jamaica Cultural Development Commission JCDC,  says it is currently accepting entries for participation in the annual contest.

Last year’s contest was won by Grammy-winning popular artiste Buju Banton, with his entry ‘I Am A Jamaican’.

The competition is open to both emerging and established artistes.
