It’s not looking good for Dancehall entertainer Tommy Lee Sparta who is currently locked up in Montego Bay which is under the State Of Emergency.
It’s now a possibility the deejay will spend more time behind bars after parliament extended the term of the states of emergency to September 3.
He is being held under the powers of the State Of Emergency, under which a person can legally be held without charge for up to 90 days, or about 3 months.
Despite being grilled for hours since surrendering to the police, the artiste, who taken into custody two weeks ago, has not been released.
Police have linked the deejay to a deadly gang feud in Flankers area of Montego Bay.
