The National Identification and Registration Authority is reminding Jamaicans of the requirements to apply for the National Identification Card.
Applicants must provide documents such as a birth certificate, proof of address, and other identification documents where available.
The enrollment process requires an in-person appointment, where a person’s photo, fingerprints,
and signature will be collected.
The ministry also noted that qualified persons can start the process by visiting their website.
