Rapper Nicki Minaj might be coming to Jamaica soon.
The rapper is making plans to visit the island before the year is over. The rapper is eager to meet some of her favorite Jamaican artistes who she has only communicated with online, including Pamputtae.
“I might come to Jamaica this year, around December time. I might come. and I can’t wait to come and I can’t wait to meet you, you’re one of those people I can’t wait to meet,” she said on Instagram while talking live to Pamputae.
Pamputtae also showed her love to the rapper for putting her on “The Fine Nine” remix. “Nicki, mi nave ntn fi give you but to tell yuh thanks but mi can give you prayer,” she told the rapper.
In an Instagram Live, Nicki spoke about her love for Jamaican culture and wanting to visit the island. She was joined by Pamputtae, who is among nine artists from the Caribbean the rapper collaborated with on the remix of “Likkle Miss”. This also includes Trinidadian artists Destra Garcia and Patrice Roberts and Jamaicans Spice, Lisa Mercedez, Lady Leshurr, Dovey Magnum, and London Hill.
