A new Board of Management has been appointed for the Clifton Boys Home in Westmoreland.
It will be chaired by retired educator Vincent Guthrie.
The institution has been in the spotlight, following allegations of abuse at the facility.
Police last month charged three people for the alleged series abuse of eight wards of the state, between March 2016 and March 2021.
