Netflix is ruling the nominations for the 77th Golden Globes. Noah Baumbauch’s “Marriage Story” landed a leading six nominations for film, followed by Martin Scorsese’s “The Irishman” and Quentin Tarantino’s “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” with five each, The Crown” and “Unbelievable” TV nominations with four a piece and, “The Kominsky Method” with three nominations.
Stars like Beyonce, Taylor Swift, and J.Lo are just some of the artists on the nominations list. Queen Bey is up for “Best Original song”, for co- writing the song “Spirit” from the “Lion King”, making this the fourth Golden Globe nomination of her career. Beyonce shares the nomination with co-writers Labrinth and Ilya Salman-zadeh.
Taylor Swift is nominated for “Best Original song”, and Beautiful Ghost” from “Cats”, a song she co- wrote with Andrew Lloyed Webber, this is her third Golden Globe nomination.
Jennifer Lopez is competing for best performance by an actress in a supporting role in a motion picture, thanks to all her roles in the film “Hustlers”.
